New NBN service/modem but laptop won't connect to Internet Hi, We recently had the NBN service/modem connected and set up at our house, but my laptop won't connect to Internet, nor will my wifi name even come up on the laptop where I'm usually able to select the wifi network and connect to the Internet.
I am currently connected to the router and has internet through my tablet and it is working perfectly fine and confirming that my laptop is the problem not the internet connection itself. Windows Network Diagnostics: "The connection between your access point, router, or cable modem and the internet connection is broken" Laptop Specs: Nothing more. I can connect to other networks, such as my phones hotspot. I have reset the router, restarted my laptop, deleted the network, manually added it, deleted the drive and restarted my computer to reinstall it. I'm at a loss. I tried going through my firewalls but don't know how to do it or to assess if that the problem.
